He led India's first live UPI implementation at ICICI Bank and has held senior leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase, Mashreq Bank, TAIB Capital, and Credit Agricole.

With deep relationships across banking leadership, the RBI, private equity and venture capital funds, and board representatives, he offers unparalleled strategic insight. He also serves as an Investment Committee Member of the Multi-Act Private Equity Investment Fund (AIF) and is a Board Director at a Marketplace Leasing NBFC and a Banking Automation company.

Vijay Jagannathan brings over 20 years of experience across Investment Banking, Buy-side investments, Digital Payments, and Fintech Operations. He has also set up the NBFC operations from grounds up, including structuring and scaling co-lending operations. He has led Enterprise Digital Payments P&L, developing payment platforms and driving strategic banking partnerships focused on financial inclusion.

His investment banking expertise spans Private Equity fundraising, sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, helping businesses execute complex strategic transactions. He began his career at EY in the Banking & Financial Services practice before moving into Venture Capital, where he focused on investing in high-impact businesses.
